Simply You was originally recorded in 1997 by Mothers Favorite Child featuring Eddie Sanabria. The original version was selected as a featured song on the Soul Lounge Volume one released by Terry Bello. In 2002 Mothers Favorite Child remixed it and featured Lydia Harrell. Nigel Hall had been covering the song live and asked if Paris would be interested in co-producing his CD "The Face of Things To Come". YOu can find this version on iTunes. Release date 2006. Written by Paris Toon and performed by Nigel Hall. This song seems to always win no matter what year it gets played.
